We’re a bit concerned about the unhealthy obsession some of our forum members have with Tingle, the strange green-costumed lad from the Zelda games. A thread entitled “Tingle? Not Me Personally” has revealed many of our readers’ secret passion for the man. “Tingle should get another game,” said forum member Green Waluigi. “Who doesn’t want to play as a disturbed, fairy-obsessed madman wearing spandex? No-one, that’s who.” Um, fair enough.

Worst Spelling

Our forum has a sport section where you can discuss the ins and outs of the likes of football, cricket, wrestling and such. However, one thread caught our eyes in particular this month. It was posted by WILL Jevertonfc, with the catchy title “wer on the march wid moyseys arrrrmy! cumon u blues efc.” What pearls of wisdom did he have to say? “wer gunna win da fa cup”. We’re currently negotiating a Staff Writer contact with him.

Most Interesting Topic

There are plenty of discussion topics in the General Nintendo Chat forum, but we were particularly interested by one this month called “Why Exactly Did The Cube Fail?”. It offers a lot of different opinions on why the Gamecube didn’t quite do as well as Nintendo had hoped. There are sensible explanations (mcs31 blames it on the lack of mainstream advertising), and some less sensible ones (masumune says “it was around the time chavs started getting into gaming”).
